It is our desire to provide programs that support your child's educational, physical, social, and emotional development through the guidance of coaches and mentors.
We Are Accepting Resumes!
One Team is always looking for resumes from great coaches and mentors that are interested in working in our programs.
We have "enrichment programs" that run after school in 5-6 week session blocks, "before and after school programs" that run 5-days per week, as well as numerous camps ranging from sports-specific half-day camps to full-day academic/active camps. These different program options can range from 2 hours a week to 35 hours a week. If you have experience working with kids, particularly in an athletic program, please send over your cover letter and resume to jobs@oneteamkids.com.

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Our morning programs start 1.5-2 hours before school starts, ensuring you can drop your child off at school (where they're safe and sound) and still get to work on time. We'll play a few games, stretch, have inspiring discussions, and get ready for a great day of school. After school programs are packed full of athletic game play, life skills enhancement, homework time, and other great activities that give your child a benefit. One Team kids learn, grow, share, and help transform themselves and their peers.
EARLY RELEASE WEDNESDAYSOne Team runs special programs on Early Release days and State Cut Furlough days. From the time kids get out early to when they would have normally gotten out, we'll run them through fun games and activities, and likely share one of our famous inspirational stories.
AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMSGutterball, Game Frenzy, Floor Hockey, Lego Adventurers...these are just a few of our well-received, one-day a week enrichment programs. These 4-6 week sessions center around fun themes and blend sports/activity themes, a discussion of a life lesson, and fun game play.

HERSHEY TRACK MEETDoes your child like Track & Field? The Hershey track meet is for you! This open meet is FREE to local children (ages 9-14) and includes many standard events like dashes, runs, relays, jumps, and throws. Winners at this invite receive an invitation to the State meet, and winners there receive a free trip to Hershey, PA, to participate in the National meet. One Team held the largest local meet in the State last year and will be making this year's event even bigger and more fun for families by including food vendors, entertainment, community involvement, and more!
